Terms and Conditions of Platform Use

By accessing, registering an account or using any of the services provided by the etiqa33 platform, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, fully understood and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document.

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between you as a user and the etiqa33 platform. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are not permitted to use the etiqa33 platform or its services.

The etiqa33 platform operates under a valid international licence. All online gambling activities taking place on this platform are subject to the regulations and licensing framework set by the relevant regulatory authority.

To be eligible to register and use the etiqa33 platform, each individual must meet all of the following conditions:

• Unauthorised access to an account resulting from a user's negligence in maintaining password security.
• Gambling losses incurred by users while using the platform.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.

In all circumstances, etiqa33's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
